Job Overview
We are looking for a Creative Associate (Video) to join our team. This role involves working on video production from conceptualizing to editing and delivering final content for our clients’ campaigns. As a Creative Associate (Video) you will play a key role in producing high-quality video content that resonates with audiences and enhances brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites and advertising
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, plan and produce video projects  
• Edit raw footage into compelling videos that align with clients’ marketing goals and branding guidelines  
• Manage video production from pre-production to post-production including video editing, sound design and color correction  
• Stay up to date with the latest video production trends, tools and techniques  
• Work closely with the design team to integrate motion graphics and animations into video projects  
• Ensure videos meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time  
• Review and incorporate feedback from clients and the creative team to make adjustments as needed  
• Optimize video content for various platforms ensuring it’s suitable for social media, YouTube and paid ads  
• Maintain a well-organized video library for future projects and easy reference

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in video production and editing preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment  
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve  
• Strong understanding of video composition, sound design and post-production techniques  
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus  
• Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously with a strong focus on quality and deadlines  
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills  
• A portfolio showcasing your video production and editing work

You will work closely with the growth and marketing teams to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates for our agency & clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns  
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve the performance of organic & paid media campaigns  
• Develop, implement, and test campaign strategies across Meta and Google platforms  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-converting ad creatives and copy  
• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs  
• Ensure growth campaigns (Emails, LinkedIn outreach, Ads) are aligned with clients' growth objectives and marketing strategies  
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and growth strategies

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

• Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
